Meanwhile

When I started this Blogg I wanted it to be all about my crocheted stuff. I am currently working on a "Pippi Långstrump" sweater. I found a crochet description of a sweater in an old magazine german magazine from the 80´s, and from this description I started out and then changed whatever I needed to change.
When I have finished it I will present it here as well:-)

During the last month I have been crocheting for my loved ones.
Two weeks ago my cousin Elin had a birthday celebration in Värmland. I started out crocheting her present a little too late so sitting in her garden with har mother- in-law cheering me on is gonna be a special memory to me. I finished her present 5 minutes before all of the other guest arrived. A beatuiful poncho in blue/lila mohair yarn. It was made for her especially and she looked stunning in it.

So, when leaving Värmland I actually had some orders for ponchos, so these I am crocheting now. That is why there are no new updates of thingies:-)

Diaperbag For Finn "Tvåan"

The Baby stroller is Retro olive green with small white hearts as inside- fabric. The Diaper bag was made a bit more colourful on the outside, still to match the olive green inside though. The white hearts were made in purple, red, yellow, and olive green and then to give it more of a unisex style matched with squares in the same colouring.  All borders where crocheted in black. Black is not a common colour in Sweden for children's stuff, but then again very dramatic and in this design functioning as a border against the cute with the hearts. 

Diaperbag, foot, dog and one Elephant..... :-) You gotta love it!
